In-Motion Dimensioning Systems

Interweigh Systems Inc. offers dynamic or in-motion dimensioning systems for measuring three dimensional or cube shaped objects from packages to parcels, pallets, cartons and boxes. We offer four systems: the 210-SS, 210-DS, 200-TS, from CubiScan and the DM-3500 cubing system from Accusort. In-motion dimensioning systems such as the CubiScan 200-DS automatically measure the length, width and height of packages while in-motion on a conveyor. The conveyor is an in-motion scale which captures the packages weight. Barcode scanners can be positioned on top or sides to automatically capture each package’s PIN number for package identification. All three pieces of data are married and processed quickly and accurately in the system's Controller PC, which can be connected onto the customer's network for real time data processing.
