Flexible Output Capabilities
Our counting scales can use up to three bi-directional RS232C ports. Data can be sent to ticket, tape and label printers in standard formats. They can also interface to remote displays, bar code scanners and PCs. When interfaced with the 2742 Series label printer, the Signa Series scales provide labels in human readable and AIAG format using Code 1228 Labels. Labels are formatted for ID number. Gross/Net/Tare, Quantity and Piece Weight. When using Auto accumulate feature a total label is printed.

Remote Platform Capabilities:
Eclipse stainless steel bench scales provide remote counting of pieces from 6 Ibs. up to 1,000 lbs. total capacity.
Onyx analog platforms provide a low cost counting package for pieces from 6 lbs. up to 150 lbs. total capacity.
Aegis floor scales provide capability for up to 20,000 lbs, total capacity. CTG 9552 Series sample scale provides high resolution sampling with accuracy up to 0.00002 lbs.

Exclusive Dual Platform Counting Scale
Our dual platform counting scale incorporates the Sigma with a 1,000 lb. portable platform on wheels. The 1128 Series provides the ability to sample and count on a 10, 25, 50 or 100 lb. Sigma scale and switch to remote counting on the 1,000 lb. platform. When choosing the battery operated version, the scale is truly portable for use throughout the facility.

Battery Operated Models Provide Long Battery Life
Battery powered versions provide up to 800 hours continuous battery-life from six D-cell batteries. AC adapter is provided for extra versatility.
